I grew up as the eldest in a family with a deep love for the arts, music and literature, where life also revealed its more vulnerable sides and a quiet intensity. There, I developed an alert, curious and analytical way of looking at people and systems. At the same time, I love life deeply.
The beauty of the unexpected in people and art moves me. I live fully, with eagerness, and wish the same for others.
Driven by a love for people and their growth, I studied Work and Organisational Psychology and now work at the intersection of people and organisations.
In my guidance, I look at what is truly happening. I trace patterns, listen to what is said and to what has not yet found words, and invite people to look further. I bring language to what is sensed but not yet spoken, with care and precision, until it becomes clear.
Driven by curiosity, I continuously explore and integrate new perspectives, allowing me to see people in their full richness. I weave together different lenses, moving from analysis to metaphor, art and what lies beyond words, to deepen and touch the essential.
For me, time and space are essential. I unravel until it reaches the essence that truly resonates. From there, movement can emerge.

Growing up in diverse family settings within an entrepreneurial environment taught me early to take responsibility and trust my intuition. From a young age, I was deeply curious about people. I listen without judgement and take the time to understand what is really going on.
I feel at ease in complexity, intensity and challenging situations, and stay present where others might move away. With a strong inner compass, a natural drive to take initiative and a deep sense of possibility, I bring structure, clarity and direction. Creating, shaping and moving things forward comes naturally to me.
My experience across the full spectrum of HR and business enables me to quickly grasp what is needed and move things forward in a grounded and practical way. In my work with people, teams and organisations, direction often becomes clear quickly. I translate that clarity into meaningful steps that create momentum.
Lightness and enthusiasm help people navigate challenges with confidence and perspective. I listen deeply, observe closely and ask purposeful questions, catalyzing and enabling progress. Potential is often visible before people see it themselves. Through trust, transparency and a no-nonsense approach, I help bring that potential into motion, release tension and make space for growth.

I grew up as the eldest child in a family where care and responsibility were part of everyday life. Early on, I learned to sense what others feel and to create connection, even in moments of tension. That natural sensitivity is still at the heart of my work – people tend to feel safe, seen, and understood in my presence.
I began my career as an industrial pharmacist, working in a field that demands sharp analysis, quick thinking, and navigating complex systems. Over time, I realized that my true energy came from supporting people and teams in their growth, and that’s what ultimately led me to coaching.
As a coach, I combine clear analysis with intuitive sensitivity. I create a calm, attentive space and listen to both what is said and what remains unspoken. I get to the essence quickly – noticing quiet signals, connecting the dots, and naming with clarity what matters most.
I truly believe that growth happens when people feel genuinely seen and heard. From that place, insight deepens into lived experience, allowing people to feel what is present and discover the freedom to make conscious, aligned choices.

As the youngest of four in a family of entrepreneurs, self-reliance was woven into my upbringing. I learned early to stand strong and welcome challenges. Life has confronted me with intensity, shaping the grounded resilience I bring into my work today.
Driven to align the needs of people, organisations and society in an impactful way, I chose a career in human resources. This allows me to navigate complexity while staying connected to what truly matters to people.
I naturally tune in to what is present in people and teams. I show up fully from the start, which allows others to do the same. Trust builds quickly and people feel seen and understood. I sense what lives beneath the surface and give words to what others feel but have not yet expressed. In that space, people open up, soften and reconnect with themselves.
From that connection, I also challenge. With clarity and care, I invite people to look deeper, dare more and move further where they might otherwise stop. Self-awareness, embodiment and vulnerability are, to me, essential for both personal and professional leadership. I sense, question, listen, reflect and name what is present, gentle where possible, direct where needed.
I am a people person and a deep soul diver. I touch and challenge people to show up and connect for real.
